We are delighted and rather proud to announce that Woodfloor-Renovations is now one of a VERY select group of companies who have taken part in and passed the very first Bona Certified Contractor Scheme courses.
The Bona Certified Contractor Scheme [BCCS] is a major step forward for the Floor Sanding and Refinishing industry for those contractors/companies fortunate enough to be invited on to the course [the course is strictly invitation ONLY] by Bona, we at Woodfloor-Renovations were invited by Bona to take part in the very first BCCS course to be held in the UK.
The advanced, high quality training which takes place over two days at the state of the art Bona HQ in Milton Keynes, and then a further two days at the excellent Floorskills facility in Solihull.
The training which takes place at both facilities is particularly in-depth, and focuses on many important factors which wood floor restoration specialists such as ourselves come up against on a regular basis.
The comprehensive instruction received from Alec Stacy [Bona] and the father/son pairing of Sid & Matt Bourne [Floorskills] is nothing short of world class, with the high quality course content being delivered in a calm, concise, matter of fact manner by the instructors, whose encyclopaedic subject/product knowledge can only give confidence and know-how to the course participents...knowledge certainly is power !!
Bona will be promoting the Certified Contractor scheme is various ways, heavily through their website, and the scheme will also be promoted on many of their products, qualified contractors will be able to promote themselves through Bona's website, by uploading pictures of their work...all in all this scheme is a great deal for both parties.
