Our Prices
General:
Our prices and costs are competitive and affordable, probably the best value and quality to be found in the North West of the UK, providing real value for money.

Our Sanding and Sealing Charges are calculated by the metre squared or m2, and includes a full sand off back to the bare wood, which will usually involve four or five sanding processes and is usually finished off with 120 grit abrasive to leave the floor surface very smooth prior to the application of the lacquer or Oil system the clients have chosen.

Remember: when comparing our prices with other contractors, we use top of the range Floor Sanding machinery combined with high quality seals, lacquers and Oils from Europe's top manufacturers, such as  Berger Seidle, Bona, Floor Service Oils

All our prices include labour and materials unless otherwise stated.

** Please Note ** We have a minimum charge for small rooms or small Hallways of £400.00 Plus Travel Charges

Payment: Can be made by Cheque or Cash or BACS and is due on completion of the job.

The above prices are meant as a "general guideline only" and are not set in stone for projects where the flooring has NOT been seen by ourselves prior to our arrival to commence floor sanding, or possibly under or over measured by the clients, or where unforeseen repairs are found to be needed after carpets and old floor coverings are lifted and removed.

Any extra works and associated costs will be relayed to the client at the earliest possible time.
In Summary:
Please remember the above prices are guidelines...The overall price will therefore depend on several factors which will reflect the amount of work involved e.g. floor sanding processes and the amount of detail sanding work required, the rate should be somewhere between £28.00 and £35.00 per square metre. [Depending on the project]
